So, today will probably be my last day with Hugo… I was looking for awhile to upgrade and came across a 2005 MINI Cooper S. I’ll be going tomorrow to trade mine in. I think I may cry. :’[

Just finished painting my headlights! I’ll get a picture of them installed in the morning. I need to buff them too…
The most beautiful thing I’ve seen in awhile! The CORRECT clutch came in earlier today. My comrade is now in one piece. I’m going to get a video of us carving some curves later!
So, I haven’t made a personal post in awhile, as I’ve been trying to get my car situation under control. For those of you who don’t know, my clutch was starting to give away just recently. So I ordered a new one, the correct one. But whoever shipped it sent a Subaru clutch. Really? Well, a couple of days after that I visited Out Motoring, which is strictly an aftermarket MINI retailer. You’d think someone who deals solely with MINIs all day would get me the correct one, right? Wrong! So I’ve been stranded without a car since last Sunday. I’m currently waiting for (hopefully) the CORRECT clutch to arrive at O’Reillys today. I believe once Hugo is back and ready to kick ass, we’ll go take a trip to The Dragon.

All that’s left now as far as the chrome goes is the boot handle and trim.
Finally got around to painting more of the chrome black! Almost done.
